A Company based in Florida (USA) needed a tool to collect onsite emergency data. That data would feed the billing process to health insurance companies
XSide proposed building a new web application to collect the data. This tool would be used to help the call center operators. They would enter all of the data collected by paramedics.
Usability and time response were key in this project in order to disperse the entered data.
The Client has adopted agile for their projects. Therefore, they added XSide`s team into their development process. Scrum meetings were held via webex.
This Project was completed on time. The web application went live and then we continued to work on maintenance for a while until the contract expired.
