Our client, who had been providing their propietrary software to major Diagnostic Centers in Buenos Aires, was looking to
update their systems (client-server) to more current technology and architectures.
It was an ideal opportunity to apply the Cloudification practice, adapting and adopting Cloud technology to ensure scalability of their platform.
A web application was created to manage patients (family groups, medical coverage, etc.) as well as appointment scheduling management, and providing access to lab results.
Azure provided mechanisms to integrate the web application to their legacy scheduling platform (through Service Bus communication), Azure SQL Databases, Redis caching, CDN, and Application Insights for realtime monitoring.
As a result, they were able to go to market with an innovative and scalable solution.
